FCRA Disclosure

If you choose to provide it, the FCRA checkbox on our request form is your “written instructions” under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), authorizing Loyalty LTD, operator of loyalhomesservicesconnector.com, to obtain information from your personal credit profile or other information from a consumer reporting agency.

Purpose

We use this information only to verify your identity and to help connect you with one independent contractor who offers payment options for your project. We do not use it to make credit decisions, and submitting a request does not open any credit account.

Soft inquiries

Any inquiry is a soft inquiry, which does not affect your credit score.

One-to-one

Your written instructions authorize Loyalty LTD only. They are not shared with or transferred to other companies.

Your rights

Under the FCRA you have the right to know what is in your consumer file, to dispute incomplete or inaccurate information, and to obtain a no-cost annual copy of your credit report at annualcreditreport.com. A summary of your rights is available from the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau at consumerfinance.gov.

Withdrawing instructions

Email privacy@loyalhomesservicesconnector.com or call (844) 306-2507 to withdraw your written instructions for future use.
