Loyalty LTD operates this site. It is a free service that connects homeowners with independent local service professionals. All contractors are independent businesses, and Loyalty LTD does not warrant or guarantee any work performed. Homeowners are responsible for confirming that any contractor they hire holds the license and insurance required for the work. Individuals shown in photos or videos are actors or models, not contractors listed on this site.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of the United States to use this site.

No endorsement

We do not perform home services, supervise contractors, or set their prices. Any agreement for work is between you and the contractor. You are responsible for choosing whether to hire a contractor and for verifying their credentials.

Accurate information

You agree to provide true, accurate information about yourself and to submit requests only for property you own or are authorized to act for.

Communications

By submitting a request with consent, you agree to be contacted as described in our TCPA Consent page. You can opt out at any time.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Loyalty LTD is not liable for the acts, omissions, work or pricing of any contractor, or for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of this site. The site is provided “as is.”

Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Loyalty LTD is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved individually, not as part of a class, to the extent permitted by law.
